We are currently recruiting for a part-time Finance Assistant
Role: Finance Assistant
Hours: 7.5 hours per week
Salary: £20,000 – 22,000 per annum FTE dependent on experience
Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire
Stroud District Foodbank serves the people of the Stroud District by delivering emergency food and support to those in financial crisis. Our vision is to see an end to poverty which drives people in need of a food bank. Whilst we work to that end we will provide the food and support needed to those in our community.
We’ve created a new role to ensure the smooth day to day financial administration of the food bank as it seeks to reduce hunger and poverty in the Stroud District.
We’re looking for someone with excellent numeracy skills, bookkeeping experience, and computer literacy. Experience of charity finances and commercial accounting packages are highly desirable, as is the ability to work well within a team.
