Do you have a passion for seeing poverty removed from our communities? Do you have skills and time you can ‘give back’?
Stroud District Foodbank currently has a number of opportunities for you to use them as a trustee of our much-needed charity and make a real positive difference in our district.
These are voluntary roles which involve currently 6 main meetings per year, with other opportunities in between to use your skills and experience to support the charity.
At the moment we’re particularly looking for a Treasurer to oversee our finances and liaise with our Finance Assistant. We’re also specifically looking for people with experience in HR, PR/communications or risk management.
If you’re 18 or over, with a demonstrable passion for and commitment to the Foodbank’s objectives and sympathy with its Christian ethos, have good, independent judgement and the ability to work as part of a team, we’d love to hear from you.
