Christmas opening hours
Our warehouse and office will be closed from Thursday 22nd December at 12pm to give our staff and volunteers a much needed Christmas break and will re-open on Tuesday 3rd January. Some of our centres will be open for emergency collections during this period. Please call your support agency for a referral or call the Help Through Hardship line on 0808 208 2138. Lines are open Mon-Fri 9-5pm. They are closed at weekends and on public holidays.
If you know that you will be struggling over the festive period, we recommend that you call the helpline before Thursday 22nd December.
