Christmas

Each year, Stroud District Foodbank dedicates itself to creating Christmas Hampers, spreading joy to local households across our district. These hampers, filled with special treats, aim to bring comfort to struggling families during the holiday season.

In light of the extraordinary challenges faced this year, there has been a significant increase in households experiencing crisis across our district.

Your support holds greater significance than ever this year. If you are in a position to contribute to one of our Christmas campaigns, we would be immensely grateful.

Please do get in touch by emailing [email protected] if you are able to help.

Our warehouse is open for donations Mon-Fri 10-12. Other times are available, please drop the office a line to arrange. Christmas donations need to be at our warehouse by Monday 2nd December so that we have time to pack our hampers. We have a special drop-off day on Saturday 2nd December 10-3.

Please note that we are closed for donations from Friday 22nd December at 12pm until Tuesday 2nd January. Any festive donations need to be with us no later than Monday 4th December. Our warehouse is located at Unit 19, Canal Iron Works, Hope Mill Lane, Brimscombe, Stroud GL5 2SH.

* If you feel you or someone you know would benefit from a Hamper, please talk to a support worker/school and see if they are able to refer you. We do not deal with requests directly but through the agencies, charities and schools we partner with.
